Return Policy

Denisse Aneke Jewelry gladly accepts returns or exchanges within 15 days of the purchase date, provided the item is in new condition.

• Jewelry that has been altered or worn is not eligible for return or exchange.

• Purchases made by credit card will be refunded to the same card.

• Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser.

• All original boxes and packaging must be included with returns or exchanges.

• Refunds are not available for special orders, custom-made pieces, or sale items.

Special Orders

Special orders require a non-refundable 50% deposit. They are not eligible for return or exchange. A “special order” is defined as any jewelry, gemstone, or gift item that has been ordered or altered at the client’s request.

Shipping

Orders may take up to five business days to process, as some of our pieces are made to order.

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (1–3 Day Delivery) and are fully insured. A signature is required upon delivery. A signature will not be required if the buyer requests otherwise.

International orders are shipped via FedEx, fully insured, and signature required. Shipping costs, as well as any import duties, taxes, or fees, are the customer’s responsibility.

If you are not available to sign at the time of delivery, we recommend arranging delivery to a work address or a trusted neighbor.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
